What areas do you service?
Our crews work in and around Tampa, Orlando, Daytona Beach, Port Charlotte and all the areas in between. We have grown with our clients requirements to be a single service provider for multi-locations. We continue to deploy teams within Florida to cater for our new business.
Is MSA Bonded/Insured?
Yes. Each MSA employee is bonded and insured. We carry over $1 Million in Liability insurance.
Can you provide special services such as floor stripping and carpet cleaning?
Yes. As a full service janitorial company we provide regular daily cleaning as well as special periodic jobs such as floor stripping, carpet cleaning, window washing and more. These items can be priced into an annual contract or can also be priced on an as needed basis.
We have a small office, can cleaning be scheduled for less than daily?
Yes. For small offices, you can contract for one, two, three or four days a week if you prefer.
We have a large office with high security concerns. Can your company adhere to our security measures and pass certain required testing?
Yes. MSA can provide dedicated workers to your contract that will pass stringent security clearance testing and drug testing before work commencement based on your requirements. We passed TSA/FBI for airport cleaning.
Does MSA hire U.S. citizens or documented workers only?
Yes. You will not be considered for employment with our company unless you can produce the proper identification such as a social security card and picture ID, birth certificate, etc.
